BLACKMAGiC started as an events company that quickly grew to provide full marketing and communications services, crafting a reputation as a trend leader and innovator in the medium-sized marketing agency space in South Africa.
BLACKMAGiC Motor Holding (Pty) Ltd was established as an investment arm focusing on premium motor retail, including Ducati Motor Bikes, BMW Sandton, and Daytona Luxury Cars. Magic People Recruitment was also launched to support workforce solutions.

BLACKMAGiC Consulting was formed to identify consulting opportunities in high-growth sectors, offering project management, due diligence, feasibility studies, and proposal development services.
BLACKMAGiC Consulting expanded its involvement in infrastructure development. Ducati South Africa opened its second outlet in Cape Town, adding to the existing Sandton dealership.
Following business realignment, Ducati dealerships were sold. BML deepened its focus on bulk mineral logistics, warehouse operations, and export services — growing into a nationally recognised, ISO-certified logistics leader.
