Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (‘Coronation’) has notified the company that accounts under its management have increased its holding in the company to 29.33% of the ordinary shares. Accordingly, Coronation’s holding represents 29.33% of the voting rights in the company.
Regarding Capital Management (Pty) Ltd (‘RE:CM’) has notified the company that accounts under its management have increased its holding in the company to 6.41% of the ordinary shares. Accordingly, RE:CM’s holding represents 6.41% of the voting rights in the company.
Royal Bafokeng (Pty) Ltd has notified the company that accounts under its management have decreased its holding in the company to 3.73% of the ordinary shares. Accordingly, Royal Bafokeng (Pty) Ltd’s holding represents 3.73% of the voting rights in the company.
